In addition to the comprehensive databases and models already included in the Simcyp Simulator, we are continually developing extensions and linkages to PK/PD modelling (Dickinson et al., 2006a; Dickinson et al., 2006b), population PK analysis and parameter optimisation (Yang et al., 2005; Jamei et al., 2004).
