Simcyp is a research-based company delivering leading-edge science, which accelerates drug discovery and development for its Consortium of member pharmaceutical companies. Simcyp has three main focuses:
- Simcyp Population-based ADME Simulator – Simcyp develops a user-friendly platform that integrates demographic, physiological, genomic and in vitro biochemical data to allow you to predict drug absorption and disposition in representative virtual patient populations.
- Consultancy – We offer consultancy and guidance on a broad spectrum of DMPK issues. This includes advice on optimal design for metabolic drug-drug interaction (DDI) studies, interpretation of data and prediction of in vivo ADME from in vitro studies.
- Workshops – Our educational program consists of interactive workshops and courses covering the concepts and applications of in vitro - in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE) in the prediction of drug absorption, drug distribution, drug clearance, and drug-drug interactions.
