Simcyp to support short course at Microsomes and Drug Oxidations meeting
Date: 10 Apr 2012
Simcyp will be sponsoring a hands-on workshop at a co-organised event to host the 19th Microsomes and Drug Oxidations (MDO) Meeting and the 12th International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (ISSX) Meeting. The event takes place between 17th and 21st June 2012 in Noordwijk aan Zee, Netherlands.
The short course is led by Professor Geoff Tucker and focuses on linking preclinical knowledge of pharmacokinetic variability to pharmacodynamic outcomes. Several experienced members of the Simcyp R&D team will be present to tutor and will be joined by Marco Siccardi from the University of Liverpool, UK.
Professor Tucker is also scheduled to co-chair a session on translational pharmacokinetics later in the meeting. He will be presenting on ‘The virtual patient – understanding complexity and variability’.
