Simcyp scientist to present at in vitro ADME seminar

Kim Crewe, Research Assistant at Simcyp Limited, has been invited to present at a seminar day hosted by BD Gentest. The event, focusing on in vitro ADME, takes place on Thursday 8th July in Oxford, UK.

The major topics to be covered by the seminar include:

  • the role of transporters in drug development
  • intestinal metabolism
  • optimisation of CYP induction assays

Kim’s presentation will focus on the ‘Determination of inter-system extrapolation factors with particular reference to CYP450 2C9.’
