Simcyp Principal Scientist to speak at 3Rs workshop

Dr Zoe Barter, Principal Scientist at Simcyp Limited, has been invited by the European Consensus Platform for 3R Alternatives (ECoPA) to speak at their workshop this week. The meeting is entitled ‘Reduction: bottlenecks in pharmaceutical investigations’ and will be held on 3rd – 4th July in Innsbruck, Austria.
The ‘reduction’ workshop is the second of a series of three expert workshops. A previous event focused on ‘refinement’ and a meeting in Budapest in October will deal with ‘replacement’.
Dr Barter’s presentation is entitled, ‘Use of modelling and simulation in the prediction of inter-individual variation in human pharmacokinetics: potentials for reduction of animal studies.’ For further information please click here.
